Flight information
We are pleased to acknowledge that Terminal 5 is now working well and are looking forward to moving our remaining intercontinental flights from Heathrow Terminal 4 to Terminal 5. In order to do this with as little passenger disruption as possible, we have implemented a phased approach for the transition.
Phase one began on June 5th when a quarter of our flights moved successfully into Terminal 5. The eight destinations in this phase are our services to and from Abuja, Bangalore, Beijing, Cairo, Cape Town, Lagos, New York JFK and Phoenix. The following phase takes place on 17th September, when a further 29 of our long haul flights will move into the terminal.
