Check-in Kiosks
The easiest and simplest way to check-in is online at ba.com. But we know you can’t always get to a computer, that’s why we’ve made sure there’s a convenient way to check-in at the terminal itself too.
At the terminal you can check-in at one of 96 Check-in Kiosks. British Airways hosts will offer assistance, if you need it. The kiosks are simple to use and allow you to choose your seat and print your boarding pass. Baggage can be checked-in with a member of staff at one of up to 96 Fast Bag Drops.
Customer Service desks
If you need assistance at any stage, Terminal 5 has up to 44 Terminal 5 Customer Service desks where staff will be happy to help. There are also British Airways hosts constantly on hand to assist you.
Check-in for First or Executive Club Gold members
First passengers and Executive Club Gold members have a dedicated check-in suite at the southern end of the terminal. If you’re not sure where to go, one of our British Airways hosts will show you.
After Check-in, you’ll fly through our special FastTrack security and be able to relax in the largest airport lounge complex in the world.
FastTrack security is also available if you are travelling in Club World, Club Europe and for Executive Club Silver members.
