All passengers connecting through Heathrow Terminal 5 pass through Flight Connections, located at the centre of the terminal building. It’s just a short walk from all gates.
In most instances you have your boarding pass scanned then proceed through Security and into our spacious departure lounge ready to board your next flight.
Should you need any help at all, you’ll find our Customer Services team at one of the many Customer Service desks located in both Flight Connections and the Departure Lounge.
