Not all British Airways flights arrive into and depart from Terminal 5. Some flights are based at the British Airways oneworld hub in Terminal 3. Connecting between terminals is easy, coaches run between all the Heathrow terminals every six to eight minutes. Just follow the purple signs to Terminals 1,2,3 and 4 after you disembark your aircraft - and if you’re at all in doubt about what to do or where to go, just ask one of our British Airways hosts.
