Introducing the new British Airways premium lounges - Galleries.

If you’re travelling First, Club World or Club Europe or are a Gold or Silver Executive Club member you’ll have access to Terminal 5’s exclusive Galleries lounges, sleek contemporary interiors with a touch of uniquely British style.

Terminal 5’s six lounges and Elemis Travel Spa make up the largest, most luxurious lounge complex in the world. This includes The Concorde Room, Galleries First, Galleries Arrivals as well as a Galleries Club at each end of the terminal and in the terminal’s satellite building.

Leading designers Davies+Baron have given these lounges all the style and luxury of a modern boutique hotel - using only the most environmentally friendly materials. Our aim was to create a place so relaxing it could feel more like your destination than merely a place to wait.

Galleries Club

Galleries Club is open to passengers travelling in First, Club World and Club Europe as well as Gold and Silver Executive Club members. They offer a range of luxury amenities throughout, including:

  • The Chef’s Theatre and Food Court with a view into the kitchen
  • Deli and coffee house
  • 20 seater cinema
  • Free Wi-Fi throughout
  • Dedicated work and entertainment zone with desktop computers and printers
  • Complimentary Silver Bar
  • A specially designed KidsZone

There is a Galleries Club lounge at both ends of Terminal 5 as well as in the terminal’s satellite building.

 

Elemis Travel Spa

Now you can get yourself truly soothed and pampered before your flight at our superb Elemis Travel Spa with:

  • Intensely relaxing massage chairs
  • Expert massages and a range of treatments
  • The Spa bar, offering products to keep you feeling great throughout your flight, including tailored prescriptions
 

Galleries First

Galleries First is only available to passengers travelling in First and Gold Executive Club members. Whether you’re travelling for business or pleasure, you’ll find your needs catered for with:

  • Champagne Bar, Gold Bar and Wine Gallery
  • Coffee House
  • The Refectory & Deli
  • Terrace and viewing area
  • Dedicated work and entertainment zone installed with full Microsoft Office software package
  • Free Wi-Fi throughout
  • Kids Zone designed by El Ultimo Grito
 

The Concorde Room

A place for both serious relaxation and serious business, the soothingly understated opulence and calm of the Concorde Room provides a genuinely exclusive environment for First passengers. World class lounge features include:

  • Intimate dining with elegantly designed booths and full waiter service
  • Concorde Bar
  • State of the art business suite capable of seating 8 with PCs and full printing facilities
  • Three private cabanas - hotel-style rooms with a comfortable day bed and ensuite bathroom

If you’re a passenger flying First or Club World, or a Gold Executive Club member travelling long haul, you can look forward to an especially warm welcome when you touch down at Heathrow Terminal 5 in our Galleries Arrivals lounge.
