Terminal 5 has some of the hottest designer stores in the UK. British favourite Paul Smith leads the way with his unique Globe shop, with its virtual French terrace and one-off pieces designed exclusively for Terminal 5.

You’ll also find Harrods, with award-winning personal shopping service ‘By Appointment’ as well as Prada, Ted Baker, Kurt Geiger, Reiss, Thomas Pink and plenty more.

Accessorize (departures and gate level, before and after security)

With its inspirational, globally sourced and well-priced collection of fashion accessories, Accessorize is a perfect brand for Terminal 5. The constantly changing, quality range includes every kind of accessory imaginable; from bags, purses and jewellery to flip flops and more.

Bulgari (gate level, after security)

The store complements Terminal 5 with its unique design. It features a 10 square video wall highlighting the latest products. The range includes watches, fine jewellery, leather goods and a choice of luxury accessories. There are vintage pieces never before included in travel retail and an exclusive pendant specifically designed for Terminal 5.

Coach (gate level, after security)

The only store in Europe for this world-renowned, luxury accessories brand, the Coach store incorporates a number of unique design elements specially commissioned for Terminal 5, including art deco-inspired lighting and an exclusively designed marble floor. The store also offers a full assortment of handbags (including Limited Edition collections), accessories, sun wear, watches, scarves and small leather goods.

David Clulow (Satellite Terminal 5B, after security)

This luxury sunglass store offers a fantastic range of the most exclusive designer brands at tax free prices. The retailer carries a selection of solid gold frames unique to David Clulow in Terminal 5, as well as an extensive selection of sunglasses from the most desirable luxury labels including Gucci, Prada, Cartier and Tom Ford. Choose from high quality optical frames that can be fitted with a prescription and collected on your return journey, or sent directly to your home. The store has been developed to the highest standard and all products will compliment this exclusive offering.

Dior (gate level, after security)

The heritage of the house of Christian Dior is brought to life with an elegant and chic cohesion of modern and eighteenth century design influences in Terminal 5. Within this luxurious space, the Christian Dior boutique shows a complete women’s accessories collection, ranging from handbags to shoes and fine jewellery.

Gucci – (gate level, after security)

The exquisitely created Gucci accessories collection, including handbags, sunglasses and footwear, is at home in a new, opulent and sleek boutique concept. Terminal 5 was the first place in Europe to experience the unveiling of the new Gucci flagship design.

Harrods Department Store (departures, after security)

The Harrods Department Store offers a breathtaking and future focused department store of 10,000 sq ft. The luxurious environment is home to fashion brands such as Paul and Joe, Alexander McQueen and Missoni. The store also has a Denim Bar, a luxury travel area, a Cruise Shop and a personal shopping service, ‘By Appointment’.

JD Sports (gate level, after security)

A new store design and colour palette was created for Terminal 5. The store showcases a series of shoe brands such as Jimmy Choo, Marc by Marc Jacobs, Versace, Ugg and Timberland.

Links of London (gate level, after security)

The central focus of this new store is a circular, Charm Bar with luxurious leather stools. Here customers play at their leisure with a selection of deliciously whimsical charms and bracelets. There is also a video showcase of new collections and brands playing on a plasma screen. Exclusive to Terminal 5 will be the limited edition silver model of Terminal 5 itself. A commemorative silver postcard was also designed to mark the exciting opening with a special engraved message.

Mappin & Webb (gate level, after security)

New customer services have been introduced for Terminal 5, including an exclusive order/reserve facility and free jewellery cleaning service. A series of special promotions take place throughout the year, offering customers access to a series of exclusive brands and products. Be sure to check out the huge fish tank in the store.

Mulberry (gate level, after security)

Mulberry has a wholly new store design in Terminal 5, inspired by natural elements – for example, a wrought iron mulberry tree sculpture can be seen growing across the ceiling. Mulberry are also tempting their customers with a range of travel accessories created for Terminal 5.

Prada (gate level, after security)

Prada’s first airport store in Europe will showcase the best of the men’s and women’s catwalk accessories as well as selected items from the Prada ready to wear collection.

Paul Smith ‘Globe’ (gate level, after security)

This is a completely unique store for Terminal 5, both in terms of products and shop environment, which features original doors from a French chateau and a balcony with windows illustrating views evoking the seasons. See changing exhibitions in the art gallery, browse the unusual selection of books in the reading room and view interesting objects and furniture found on Paul Smith’s travels. The store houses unique, one-off pieces as well as womenswear and menswear collections.

Reiss (gate level, after security)

This unique fashion brand, which bridges the gap between designer and high street, has a store design similar to their London flagship store. Reiss customers can experience the lofty, high feeling of space inspired by the terminal’s architecture as well as more intimate areas defined by a unique sculpted ceiling feature.

Rolling Luggage (gate level, after security)

Stock up on premium brand luggage and accessories at Rolling Luggage’s new look store in Terminal 5. Watch out for product launches to pick up brand spanking new suitcases, briefcases and travel accessories.

Smythson (gate level, after security)

Smythson have been producing the finest quality leather goods, travel and writing accessories since 1887. And that includes some incredibly stylish handbags. Look out for the new store design at Terminal 5.

Sunglass Hut (gate level, after security)

Terminal 5 features an evolution of the Sunglass Hut’s concept store, incorporating design elements that are bespoke to Terminal 5. This includes state-of-the art lighting technology that ensures each of the 600 plus products featured are individually illuminated by their own light source. In addition to an amazing product display, the store is also a premium experience both in terms of brands and customer service. Fashion and luxury brands such as Prada, Dolce & Gabbana and Versace, to name just a few, are complemented by an in-store team of experts who will help you find the right look.

Ted Baker (gate level, after security)

Designed by Ted himself, the Ted Baker store in Terminal 5 offers British Airways passengers a retail bon voyage from Ol’ Blighty. Countryside scenes, created by layering natural textures like shell papers and cork, adorn the walls. While the ceiling features an array of hand blown glass birds and antique birdcages. All in all, it’s the perfect setting to showcase Ted’s delightful new menswear, womenswear and accessory collections.

Thomas Pink (gate level, after security)

Thomas Pink has created a unique shop design incorporating iconic London images and a ‘Pink Business Bar’ where the latest FTSE results and news will run along a pink LED display. You can listen to music on a pink IPOD, drink Pink water, write on postcards with iconic London images and enjoy an array of products exclusive to Terminal 5. The range includes traveller focused styles designed to stay crease-free in your suitcase.

Tie Rack (gate level, after security)

The store is light, contemporary and represents a complete departure from the traditional Tie Rack experience. It also boasts a range of products exclusive to Terminal 5.

Tiffany & Co. (gate level, after security)

This is the only Tiffany & Co. airport boutique in Europe, and only the second such airport store in the world. It is also the only store in Europe in which customers can view a selection of pieces from the Tiffany & Co. archives.

World Duty Free

World Duty Free has an extremely tempting range of designer sunglasses, with a range of brands spanning from Prada to Ray Ban. They also have fashion accessories like branded jewellery, watches and handbags.
