All Nokia devices in store are live, set-up with each item’s own particular dedicated features and services. Highly trained specialist staff are on hand to offer a expert advice and support to customers. The Flagship Store forms the top end of Nokia’s retail strategy that includes more than 350,000 retail outlets globally, including Nokia Regent Street in central London.

PC World (gate level, after security)

The first ever PC World airport store offers greater depth in computing and business-orientated products. Trained staff are on hand for technical advice. An Apple store concession will offer the very latest in Apple products to try and buy as well as specialist Apple staff.

Sony (departures, after security)

Sony launched a new brand retail concept in Terminal 5 to showcase Sony as a global electronics entertainment brand. The worlds of Sony Electronics, PlayStation, Sony Ericsson, SonyBMG and Sony Pictures provide truly entertaining experiences for travellers. This showcase brand experience brings together all the greatest creations from the world of Sony and the flagship retail store allows passengers to purchase and receive expert demonstrations of all the latest Sony products.

Vodafone (departures level, before security)

Vodafone’s presence in Terminal 5 is one of their newest flagship stores, offering a wide range of the latest and exclusive phones and accessories for both the business and leisure traveller. With a unique queuing system that means passengers will never have to wait long to be served, Vodafone also features a dedicated business section in store to help travellers stay connected whilst abroad. You can to try phones and accessories live at one of the demonstration bars.
